We received identical bids for a stair upgrade but Steve's proposal included a plethora of details that made us very comfortable going with his bid over the other. Highly recommend his work and his attention to details. He exceeded our expectations and the final product had that wow factor. We couldn't be more pleased.

We are so happy that we choose Anderson Construction for our new stairway threads and railing remodel. Steve Anderson exceeded our expectations in every detail. He helped me bring our visions to life while working and communicating with us in every step. He was professional, prompt, clean, and his work is beautiful. We loved his construction knowledge as well, as our stairway was older! We would recommend Anderson Construction!

We recently had some staircase railing work done in our home by Steven Anderson. I am taking the opportunity to write this review because of the fact that our experience was so wonderful. Relocation to Kuna, ID Moving 2600 miles across the country is never easy. Combine that with the stories I have heard about Idaho construction not being regulated by city/county building inspectors and I was very concerned about the quality of homes in the Boise area. Steve is professional, very knowledgeable, and will be honest about everything he finds. I appreciate his thorough, easy to read reports which include color photos of every key issue that that he encounters during his inspection. I know that when I get a report from him that it'll address most if not all of the potential issues with a house before moving forward on a purchase.
