We recently rented from Anderson communities and the house was just as Rachel McGuire described it to us. She was very accommodating and helpful. Very considerate and took her time with the showing and answered all questions we had. So far it has been a great experience.

Absolutely avoid. They lost my check and then issued me a court summons. That foolishness got dealt with after a lot of phone calls. Now, five years later, I'm discovering that they issued $250 in charges to my co-signer, which we were never told about but came up in a background check. Such a ridiculous situation, such an unprofessional company.

I spoke with Caitlin regarding the Hawthorne at Vineyards of Midway. She was very knowledgeable and went above and beyond to answer all of my questions. I was impressed by her professionalism, communication, and dedication to providing excellent customer service. I would definitely refer my friends and family to Caitlin and her team at Anderson Communities!
