When in as a walk-in. Never went there before. The young lady that help me was friendly and did an awesome job.
Nor Anderson nor Cole were on their game today. It’s a Sunday at 5pm. I called while on my way over to ask if they had availability for two pedicures. The person who answered the phone told me to give her a minute, then never came back. We were already driving over so we arrived and walked in. There was about 4/5 employees working. Not one welcomed us, or even acknowledged us, we waited a couple of minutes and when nobody seemed interested in helping us we just walked out again. So disappointed that I paid over $65 to get uneven, lumpy acrylic nails. The nail tech was distracted on the phone, rushed and it had me worried. I thought it might be the gel but they’ve turned out horrible. Because she was moving so fast I didn’t notice until she was done and I couldn’t imagine there was anyway to fix it other than to start over. I hope to go back and get them fixed. I had such high hopes and I’m so sad with my nails.
