Very disappointing experience. I made an appointment for a pedicure at 6:30 PM, and when I arrived, the salon was completely closed. I called to find out what happened, and I was told that they didn’t have an appointment under my name. The problem is that I have proof that the appointment was confirmed with them for 6:30 PM. If the salon was going to be closed at that time, I don’t understand why they allowed me to book a pedicure appointment for 6:30 PM in the first place. These ladies were so welcoming and kind. It was my first time there, even with a bit of a language barrier they still understood exactly what I wanted and delivered!!
Last year I went to this salon to get my nails fixed. The nail tech did a superb job. However, one of the staff members she was hispanic and she had on a ponytail, she was walking around offering coffee to the white and hispanic people, and me and this other black woman who was getting her nails done to, wasnt offered anything. I was shocked and I asked her why she didnt offer us anything and she just walked off.
Don't go here. They're all bad at their jobs, and have attitudes. They're more interested in getting defensive when I told them she was hurting me. Management: if you care, message me and I'll give you her name.
