Is anyone else getting billed 4 times higher than usual? Then on top of it, I go to get answers, and they couldn’t care less. How do I get this taken care of?
Power went out due to storm/transformer but ACU is in no hurry to restore my service. I'm real excited for the coming heat wave. Thank you ACU for your great service........NOT!
Don’t go to Anderson Indiana utilities office sucks they don’t ever come out when they say they’re going to you’ll wait hours upon hours like you have absolutely nothing to do they’re horrible never take care of the problem they’ll bandaide it then you have to call a week later and have to wait another couple weeks to a month to hopefully get the problem resolved trust me don’t come here !!!
This has got to be the most antiquated utility in IN. They only accept paper checks when using bill pay. 1 month, my bank cut the check and A.U. took 4 WEEKS to cash. You must GO in to see them for any clerical errors. They posted my payment to someone else's account, and even after showing the canceled check, they still didn't want to remove late fees. (They actually said it wasn't their fault 🤣) Obviously, by the number of bad reviews, they have garnered a horrible reputation. Sadly, you can't choose your utility company.
