I wanted to reach out and express my immense gratitude for the truly outstanding care my son received recently. Absolutely wonderful
Heaven forbid you have to reschedule an appointment due to your child being sick. Gave plenty of notice, sent it on THEIR texting app. I called to reschedule and the rude reception lady is telling me they were told not to reschedule him. Very unkind tone acting like it’s my fault and how dare I call back! What?? I still have the texts of rescheduling a week in advance and they are claiming they don’t have it.
