I've had spine issues for a number of years, many injections (none of which are effective) I've had AF's, laminectomies. You name it I've been there. I had been seeing another anesthesiologist in Birmingham who, despite the fact I was on Benzos, prescribed me narcotics for over a year. Which absolutely helped with my pain. Dr. Abney is a great doctor. My entire family goes to their clinic.
I saw Dr.Thomason 6 years ago.. My back started hurting severely monday morning. I called his office on Tuesday and I had an appointment Wednesday morning. This kind of service is top notch. His staff was wonderful and had a great attitude. I would like to thank them all.
Dr. Abney and all Pinnacle doctors are reliable, always available, know much of our community patients by name, respectful of others and approachable. They are the best doctors that we have and it is shame that DCH did not renew their contract. But good thing is that they see patients at the clinic now. Love all of the doctors!!!

Dr David Harding was my doctor for over 20 yrs and I will miss him and his staff so much! I doubt I'll find another like the Gem he and his staff was!
I have used Dr Spruill for my pain management for years. He always listens to my concerns and guides me in managing my pain.
