Called amd ordered a countershaft gear for a fs-5005a medium duty transmission and asked them to overnight and didn't care what the cost was. Called back the following day because I forgot to ask for the tracking number. I get the tracking info and come to find out it was shipped ground but I was charged for overnight shipping. I called back and he said I'll handle it let me call back. So I get the call back and was told they had a "glitch" in their system that I'd see it in a few days. I worked there for a little over 3 years. I was their dyno Technician. I have learned so much from the builders and the senior guys not just in the builder side of things. Great group of builders on both sides tranmission and differential. In all working there was a pretty good experience and it's knowledge I will never lose in my life. I am appreciative of them for the learning and growing opportunity. The shop is an extremely good environment front to back. Best builders in the pnw In My opinion.
Be advised, this company cuts corners in all aspects of their business. They don't stand behind their rebuilt differentials or transmissions. If something fails due to their negligence, it's on you, the consumer. Zero quality control.
Nice staff and very helpful. Lots of parts for transmissions and diffs. Helped me get heat exchanger from PA. Also recently got remanufactured differential witch had a bearing failure but they took care of me again and gave me another differential free of charge. I'm glad for their dedication to customers and work.
