Anderson Automotive in N Grafton gave me a thorough vehicle inspection and an easy to read summary of problems and estimate for repairs. They replaced my radiator and repaired my brakes in short time. It was comforting for Marie to keep me updated throughout the process.
Overall great experience. Bob isn sales was very accommodating as I was driving an hour one way to purchase the vehicle. Jason was more than willing to confirm the services performed when my vehicle before sale. Marie in service was very communicative and updated me without prompting. I needed something to replace my 2002 Lexus RX300 to tow my motorcycle and trailer when needed. Found a fantastic 2017 Land Rover Discovery (8000lb towing capacity). Just up the road from where I live in Grafton MA. Grant (my initial sales person) and Bobby (sales manager) along with the owner Jason where all great and accommodating. Drove over an hour to look at a car, was not taken seriously at all. Spoken down to as if I was only there for a joy ride and not allowed to test drive the vehicle. Clearly judgemental staff. Absolute waste of time.
