I took my car here a few months ago. My check engine light was on. My car was acting up as well almost like a misfire. They did get my check engine light off after $1500 but still never fixed the main problem I am having. Then they wanted to charge me another $450 to change my spark plugs and one coil. I wasn’t 100% sure that was my issue. My check engine light should have came on with a misfire causing my plugs, but it never did. So I had my plugs and coil done, not there. By far the best experience I’ve ever had getting a smog.... best experience at a automotive shop period! Took my car in for a smog on my 30min lunch was gonna walk back to work but Nick told me that he could have it done in just a few minutes... I sat for MAYBE 10 minutes and was out the door and on my way! Fast kind and extremely reasonable prices! Will always recommend this place from now on. Thank guys! ❤️❤️🙌
Great crew and customer service. I had to have my AC totally redone and had to be on the road the next day. They put in the extra time needed so I could stay on schedule. Thank you for the follow up on the service you provided. The AC worked great for the 2,000 mile trip!
Anderson Automotive was extremely fast while fixing our truck... the fix was covered by our warranty which was a hassle to coordinate but everyone was very patient while we worked those details out. Thank you for getting the United Shasta truck on the road again!!
At a time when most of us are noticing, well everything....our homes, our cars and yes even our children.... when you find something that needs to be addressed with your auto(car or truck....or even jeep)....Anderson Automotive (Nic and Nicole) is where you should consider going, they can get it done.... great staff, clean facility, the list goes on and on with what they offer that others don't.... From basic oil changes to the most complicated diesel or gas engine and transmission repair work, affordable and trustworthy....
