Jim Anderson, the brains behind Anderson Automotive, put his love for racing on the back-burner so that he could pursue a career in the automotive realm. With a healthy dose of ambition and determination, he did just that. If not for Jim’s entrepreneurial disposition, Anderson Automotive wouldn’t be the reputable auto repair shop that it is today. We uphold the same values that Jim did when he founded the company, and by doing so, we’ve remained a name that many know and trust. When car issues rear their ugly heads, we hope you’ll consider us to oversee the repairs. Much like Jim, our mechanics are savvy, diligent, and worth their salt.

Anderson Auto did a great job accommodating my schedule to get some maintenance done. Even when I had forgotten to communicate some specific work I wanted done, they brought the car BACK in to the service bay to take care of it, as I was on my way to pick it up. You can tell by the myriad reviews here, that Anderson listens to their customers and does everything possible to give the best customer service. And all with a Smile. Thanks, Anderson Automotive!

Took my truck in for repairs. Explained the problem (emergency brake) extensively. Was told that it would be an easy fix. Picked up my truck to find that nothing had been fixed and a bill for $105. I explained that the problem was not fixed and reexplained the issue I was having. They explained that they would further research the problem and solution and get back with me. Months later, nothing. I payed the bill immediately and received no repair for my effort.

Anderson Automotive is my go-to repair group for my vehicles. They recently did a repair on my vintage Thunderbird, which in some ways is unique for parts. They first performed a no cost diagnostic, found the issue, found the hard to find parts and performed a professional repair for a cost favorable to my pocket. They are my forever go-to.

I found Anderson Automotive Service & Repair through AAA's approved options and brought my car in today for a 2nd opinion/inspection to aid in my decision to maintain or replace it. The mechanic I worked with brought me out while the car was hoisted up to explain what he was seeing. His guidance was balanced and clear, making my decision an easy one. On top of that, he called around to help me locate a used tire to replace one that was at immediate risk of blowing out - something I wouldn't have been able to see while the car was on the ground. My next stop was tire replacement, and I'm breathing easier tonight. Thank you!
