Best Car Dealership experience I have had. Very nice people and no pushy sales guy which is a total deal breaker for me. I was at the dealership under 2 hours, that has to be a record. I injured myself a couple weeks ago when I first inquired, took me a week to actually get there and finalize everything as it is 90 miles away, the guy I was working with called to check in on me a couple times, and just did again although it's been a week since they made the sale. Will definitely remember them for future purchases.
The person handling our purchase was very responsive and personable and we enjoyed working through the sale with him. The only issue was that he was not knowledgeable about the car we were purchasing, which was a non KIA, and his manager wasn't either. Fortunately we had done our research, so it all worked out.
Dan White did a great job of getting me a fair and honest price. No hidden fees and really went above and beyond to get us in the new Kia Niro we wanted!
