As always both front office and audiologist very professional and friendly
Had my hearing appointment Friday, August 15, to see Kolette my audiologist and she was awesome. I have really bad hearing and also had a broken hearing aid that she was able to fix for me. She explained a lot of things to me that I didn’t know before, so that was very helpful. Also got new upgraded hearing aids coming this Friday, looking forward to getting those. Definitely will be going back more often for deep cleanings and making sure everything is working as it should. Thanks to Kolette I’m hearing better.
I had the appointment but my wife, who is really my right hand was a long as my support and translator since my hearing is bad!! The staff was quick to acknowledge us when we entered, that was nice. We got our ID and insurance cards copied right away and waited for the audiologist to call us back. We only waited a few minutes which was great compared to my other providers. ;) The audiologist greeted us by name and directed us to our test room, we talked about my lack of hearing, then she put me in the booth for the test.
