Lady wouldn't even check her system to see if my insurance was accepted there. Told me to call my insurance company to find out. looks like this is the first doctor's office I've run into in 30 years that doesn't know what insurances they take. Stellar.

Had my hearing appointment Friday, August 15, to see Kolette my audiologist and she was awesome. I have really bad hearing and also had a broken hearing aid that she was able to fix for me. She explained a lot of things to me that I didn’t know before, so that was very helpful. Also got new upgraded hearing aids coming this Friday, looking forward to getting those. Definitely will be going back more often for deep cleanings and making sure everything is working as it should. Thanks to Kolette I’m hearing better.
