This realestate company is awful. I bought a house in 2020 and the real estate agent Bill Boatwright promised to get us our warranties on our roof, HVAC and hot water heater but he never did. When i call him to ask about my paperwork he curses me out and hangs up. I have put in numerous calls for the owner, David Shambley but he refuses to return mine or my sons calls. Do not use this real estate company or buy a home they list. They are awful and corrupt
Very unprofessional agent John Wickliffe!!! I would recommend you steer clear of this company.There are too many others that conduct business in an ethical manner with integrity.These people don't!!!
