I find it interesting to read 1 star reviews. In most cases, it says more about the reviewer than the reviewee. My experience with Kevin was good. he was very knowledgeable about all aspects of appraising out-of-the-norm properties and also gave me tips on maintaining the value of my structures. A year later, when I contacted him with a market question, he gave me a straight answer.

Wish our bank/management company had called Kevin FIRST. ‘Run, don’t walk’ to call Kevin Handlen with Anderson Appraisals in Northern Idaho for your appraisal needs! Terrible! Everyone who saw this appraisal was stunned. I paid 500 dollars for a document that in my opinion misrepresents my property.

Horrible service. Never fixed any mistakes that are still existing on his reports.
