Very Disappointed. Mechanic seemed to partly know what he was doing. Whole experience was completely overshadowed by the woman working the counter. I have an expectation that a business ought to have someone capable of having an adult conversation, without the need to resort to childish interruptions and verbal outbursts. I guess this shop does not have the same expectation for themselves. I will never return to this shop. STAY AWAY FROM HERE!!!!!!!!!! Marginal repair quality and absolute horrible customer service. I needed two brake pads installed which I already purchased before leaving Kansas. The work seemed to be nothing above or below average, but I was appalled with the way they treated a brand new customer. Being from out of town, I hoped for at least a little hospitality. WRONG!
