I called Steve, and he diagnosed my furnace problem. He ordered the parts, and we set a time for the installation. He was on time fixed and tested it to make sure it was running correctly. I won't hesitate to use his service again.
Steve has helped our family three times now over the years, friendly and professional each time. Honest, upfront and knows his stuff.
Furnace went out on a Saturday morning before snow storm. Gave Anderson aire a call and he was able to come out and figure out what the issue was. He had the part we needed on the truck and was able to get us up and running quickly! Very polite, professional, and knowledgeable. This will be my first call if I have any other issues in the future! Highly recommend!
It's Feb 28 and the temp was -13 this morning. I woke up to a very cold house. I contacted Steve and he was able to stop over same day and replace the part in my furnace. Communication was excellent. I will definitely contact him again for other HVAC issues.
