Called to schedule an estimate for full replacement of my HVAC setup. I left a message and got a call later the following day. After finally getting an appointment scheduled, I got no call and no show. The company seems like they may provide good service, however the difficulty in getting in touch with them has put me off continuing to give them a chance for business.

Called them and one other company with good reviews the day before 4th of July, leaving messages for both. Nate called back a couple hours later; the other company didn't call back until July 6. Nate gave me a few suggestions of things to try to make sure a repair was necessary, even having me text him some pictures. When that didn't work, they ended up coming out the morning of July 7 (Nate warned me this was their first availability) and fixed our faulty capacitor fairly quickly at a very reasonable cost. Don and Nate are the father and son that make up Anderson air. I needed a new furnace and they were great. Spent an hour discussing various options and different efficiency ratings. I settled in on a 96% efficient bryant. Their pricing was very competitive and the work was preformed quickly and without a hitch. They covered all the carpets in my home leading to the basement and when they were finished, their wasn't a scuff, stain or scratch anywhere.
