The install team were exceptionally polite. They explained everything in great detail. Each day they made sure the area was clean and any materials they left were organized. I was told they were just following the contract, but it appeared they were going above and beyond to insure the final product was top notch.

Had two of three 20+ Carrier units fail mid July. Received a quick and reasonable estimate 7/17. Signed the contract and deposited 50% on 7/22. Wanted to get A/C on ASAP. First availability was two weeks later 8/10. Limped along with window units for two weeks. Called twice to confirm date on my own. Installation started all the units were being removed and prepped for installation but crane was double booked somehow. Last and only working unit was disconnected during the prep.
