Easy to schedule service to tune up the furnace. Technician arrived as scheduled, explained what he was going to do, briefed me on needed system repairs he recommended, and completed the tune up as agreed. Expecting a follow up appointment soon.

You have lied to me three times in reference to when my furnace part would be ordered and shipped. Also, you say you will call by a certain time and date and you don't. This is unacceptable!!
