A good experience - quote process professional and timely, installation process also quick and professional. Good price and both product and installation responsibility will be addressed by Andersens which is a bonus in todays world where product and installers end up pointing fingers in event of warranty issues.
My experience of Andersens, Maroochydore was entirely satisfactory. The staff were very, very helpful and knowledgeable about their stock. I had never been to an Andersens before but for anything related to flooring they will be my first port of call in future.
I have no problem with the service or quality of product used. This comment is more about perceived value. I obtained two quotes for this work. It involved pulling up some vinyl and relplacing with new. Neither supplier issued a fixed price quote. The one I went with gave a budget price "should we need a machine to remove the old vinyl". Surely your representative knows whether or not a machine will be required. If its glued down, then you will need a machine. Andersons laid flooring in my living areas some years ago and now they,ve done all the bedrooms with the same flooring. It was great to match the pattern at a really good price. The workmanship is always super professional.
