Liam and the team at Andersens were amazing. Great service in store which translated through to install. We had a strict time line between purchasing a home and early access, they made the date for order and install work and nothing was too hard. The carpet layers did an amazing job onsite, were polite and left no mess and took away the old carpet and underlay with no fuss at all. We would recommend Liam and the team to anyone looking for new flooring and we will be back for timber flooring when we are ready.

Exceptional experience from selection, ordering and finally laying of the floor. Sales service was helpful and patient, supporting a change in order along the way. Timed with consideration of other trades in installation. Installers did a perfect job and were thorough, polite and tidy.
Great as store to go to if ur in the market for a new carpet or hard flooring.Garrett is the guy to see for expert advice and service. He knows his products and takes the time to work with his customers to find what they are looking for. Also a big thumbs up to the bald guy for his help too.
