We’re not even at the finish line yet, but we’re already so grateful we chose Andersens Lismore for our flooring. If we could give more than five stars, we absolutely would. Ours is a double‑brick home with concrete floors and concrete stairs, so renovations have thrown plenty of challenges our way — and the flooring was no exception. Came in here looking for a flooring solution and Paul found me one , zero pressure, no sales garbage, sound advice and fast service , I was very pleased with the result , and the price was great compared to others . For no bs fast, service at a very competitive price I simply wouldn't go elsewhere !
Paul & the team provide exceptional customer service & quality of work! We needed replacement carpet for our rental property within a short amount of time. I needed some advice regarding vinyl at our rental property in Ballina and there are no Anderson stores in Melbourne. I rang the Lismore floor and spoke to Paul. He was most helpful. He even FaceTimed me so that I could see the different colours of carpet and vinyl to help me make my choice. Excellent customer service. Thank you Paul.
Anthony installed the floor in our kitchen dining room. The product looks good and the price is reasonable. All the staff were excellent and Anthony was exceptional. We recommend this business
