We were a bit disappointed when informed that the vinyl plank colour we ordered, months in advance, wasn't available at the time we had booked for the work to commence. However, we were really happy with the way Aaron allowed us the space to consider the options available to us; to either wait for our preferred colour to be back in stock, or choose another one. We recently purchased carpet and vinyl planks for our whole house renos. Aaron and the team were fantastic from the first meeting and excellent advice to Steve and Dijon coming out to fit it all. I would recommend Andersens Caloundra to anyone. The whole team, from Aaron and Kelly to the shop staff and fitters were incredible. I was in a position where I had to make some quick choices for carpet and flooring and they could not have been more helpful.
