Bought a house with a renewal by Anderson storm door. The handle was missing. HOURS on the phone, with, of course, off shore foreigners 3 trips to different Anderson stores and even tho this doors is only 3 years old, you can't get parts for it! They want you to sign a service agreement and buy a whole new door for a missing handle!! I'll never buy Anderson products again!!!
