Kristen was Great!!! She went above and beyond to assist my mom's was ready to sell. She provided invaluable assistance throughout the process. The home was realistically priced for a home 45 years old with minor improvements needed. I wouldn't change and definitely wouldn't hesitate to call on Kristen again.
I can't say enough of how much I appreciate Justin and Kristen navigating me through the stressful process of selling a house long distance. They did an amazing job guiding me in a market I had no knowledge about. It was a complicated situation that they handled so smoothly and efficiently. And they we were also thrown an almost impossible deadline to meet which they did! I would not hesitate to recommend Andersen Realty to anyone in the Denver area!
