I've been using Andersen Oil Company for about 10 years now and whether getting an oil delivery or having my furnace serviced the experience has always been positive. Reliable, conscientious, & courteous service every time.
Had to pay a different company to come back out. Issue not fixed by Andersen. Waste of money. Update to response: I never in my calls asked for anything for free. I stated the tech told us we needed to set up a contract to which your staff said no we don’t do that after the fact. They couldn’t tell me my total but wanted my card so Nikki had to call me back. I asked if the filter cost $150 because Colleen told me a different cost for afterhour pricing. But go ahead and lie in your response, I expect nothing more from the way... read more

Anderson Oil is a great company. My family and I have been using them for a few years now for oil delivery and maintenance. Prices are always competitive. Normal delivery requests are next day. We recently had issues with our aging Crown boiler. The techs were fantastic and were able to quickly figure out what the issue was. They are always friendly and more than willing to explain things in a way that Non-HVAC people (like myself) can understand. Because of the issues we had, our entire system needed to be replaced. I'm a long time Ledyard resident and my personal opinion is that Anderson Oil will serve their long standing customers well but have a bad attitude if you have shopped around for cheaper pricing and don't use them regularly. Quality service but they are expensive.
