Been with this company for 9 years. All of a sudden it takes 6 days to get oil. Called on friday to set up, no answer, emailed over weekend no answer, set up delivery on monday for Wednesday, still no delivery. Keeps getting pushed back. No communication during the coldest stretch of winter. Will be switching companies 🤷🏼♂️
If I could leave less than one star I would, Andersen Oil of Ledyard operates with little regard for their own customers or politeness, on various occasions my wife and I both asked them to cancel automatic delivery and they did not. Additionally once successful on cancelling automatic delivery, when my wife called to schedule a delivery of oil their answering attendant, Shelly, was rude, standoffish and generally disinterested in working with my wife, when I called back her demeanor was not much better as she lied about hav... read more
Said a prayer shortly after getting up this morning cause I knew my oil was low. It’s a Sunday. Certainly don’t expect them to be working…. not 30 minutes later I see the Anderson truck outside my house and they filled me up ! the service that they provide is exceptional so grateful to have a place as a customer with this company .oh and the poor guy had to trudge through thigh high snow to get to tank!!
I’ve been using Andersen Oil since I moved into my home in 2022. They’ve been amazing. I have an older heating system and I have issues with it occasionally which can be very scary. This is the second time I’ve had to use their emergency services for heating issues and they show up promptly and know exactly what to do to make sure our heat is up and running.
