Nate and Dennis are the best.....Please know that they installed a new boiler for my wife and I and we have been very happy with there service. They come and clean it every year and it has run flawlessly since they installed it.... It has cut our oil bill in half.....don't go looking for the best, you already found them...!!!
My wife and I have been using Anderson Oil for many years. They have been wonderful. In 12 years we have never had to call for oil delivery. The Automatic delivery service has been flawless. In addition to yearly boiler cleaning we are so appreciative of the fast and professional service call visits we have received. In less than an hour on several occasions, our problems have been solved. Most recently we had our boiler replaced. I've been using Andersen Oil Company for about 10 years now and whether getting an oil delivery or having my furnace serviced the experience has always been positive. Reliable, conscientious, & courteous service every time.
Had to pay a different company to come back out. Issue not fixed by Andersen. Waste of money. Update to response: I never in my calls asked for anything for free. I stated the tech told us we needed to set up a contract to which your staff said no we don’t do that after the fact. They couldn’t tell me my total but wanted my card so Nikki had to call me back. I asked if the filter cost $150 because Colleen told me a different cost for afterhour pricing. But go ahead and lie in your response, I expect nothing more from the way... read more
