I have been going to Dr. Heidi for many years. Each visit has been exceptional , until after my last visit. When I booked my appointment, I specifically indicated I wanted both an eyeglasses and a contacts prescription. I was informed there would be a charge for the additional contact exam...no problem. After my exam, I signed in to the optical department. After 40 minutes, I had to leave and get back to work.
