I will not return to Anderson. They messed up my billing more than once. Last time I was billed for anesthetics when all I did was order a lens. The worst was they entered my old prescription instead of my new one with the proper corrections and refused to even look into the matter. I had to replace my glasses at my own expense.
Terrible customer service!Had a pair of Flexon eyeglasses break in half and Andersons staff and associates refused to contact the manufacture and get me some support. They pushed to no end to sell me a new pair, but wouldnt help me out one bit on a \$460 pair of defective glasses. Instead I had to go home and make contact with the manufacture myself and they resolved the issue with no additional cost for me. To Hell with Andersons, our family wont be back.'
