We wanted to install an attic fan and had heard good things about Andersen Electric so we called them for a quote. They came out and looked closely at the job and gave us a reasonable quote. When they came back out to do the job and climbed up into the attic they found that some of the vents in the roof that they had planned to use were faux/false vents.
