JD was extremely professional. Told me at every stage what he was doing. Gave me confidence that he knew what needed to be done. Finished the job and cleaned up the space looking better than it was when he started. I would definitely recommend JD and Andersen plumbing.

Unprofessional, Negligent, and a Major Security Risk If I could give zero stars, I would. This company was contracted to do work in my unit while I was away on vacation, and I returned home at 11:30 PM to an absolute nightmare. First and most importantly: They left my 14th-floor glass patio door wide open. Leaving a high-rise apartment unsecured and exposed to the elements while a resident is out of town is gross negligence. To make matters worse, the unit was covered in "pipe muck."
