Absolutely the worst experience I’ve ever had with a printing company. ABS Printing has no sense of honesty or professionalism. They charged inappropriately and added unexpected fees with no explanation whatsoever. The communication was terrible, the service was unhelpful, and the overall attitude made it clear that customer satisfaction isn’t a priority here. If I could give them zero stars, I would. Very disappointed! Very high rates to charge 5 minutes of vacuuming toner. Scheduled maintenance (x2) for older printers were over charged for a tech to vacuum equipment and tell us our copiers are old. Printer is preforming worse with new problems since tech/manager "serviced" our equipment. Customer service and communication with tech was not good. We are taking our business elsewhere.
Amazing Company! They have over came odds to get to where they are today. Cheaper than Fishers and they are a local Montana Born Company! Flint has transformed this company for the best. I recommend anyone that’s was lost in their rebuilding stage to give them a shot again! I will be working with them with all 3 of my Businesses in Montana.
Non-reliable at all. They said they gonna show up and they didn't show up at all,, even worse they didn't called back to update & very expensive
