My family has used Andean since shortly after it opened. Always loved the people and the service provided! HOWEVER, THIS EXPERIENCE HAS BEEN QUITE DIFFERENT! While the service dept staff has been friendly, the overall experience thus far has been terrible! My vehicle has been there for 8 weeks with no estimated time of completion. It's warranty work and the part needed is on back order. I need transportation!! Had a great experience with Andean Chevrolet in Cumming, Ga. Grant was my sales associate. He was quick to respond back to me regarding a specific vehicle that I was searching for. They did not have the actual color on the lot that I was looking for, but they gave me a great deal on a new 2023 white Blazer.
