Dear Hotel Manager, Since I wrote you twice to your email address but you didn’t reply I am writing here to formally express my dissatisfaction with several serious issues I experienced during my recent stay at your hotel (Feb 20-21). Let’s start with positives: spacious room and bathroom, especially for NY city. The location was decent too. Now for the cons: the street noise leaks into the room, and you can hear every honking, siren, etc. The restaurant food was very subpar. The gym was under construction, so you had to go to the next door property to use their gym. My wife called in for extra towels, which took about an hour to be delivered. Luv this Hyatt. Personnel at front desk is super helpful with special mention of the lady who helped me(Nayia?). Room is spacious and clean. Buffet breakfast can be improved - more options. Strongly recommend!
