The staff was friendly and check-in went well. The problem that I had was there were multiple long hairs (I have short hair) on top of my toilet and under toilet seat. I also put a towel on the towel rack in the shower and it fell down. I went downstairs on my way out and informed them about it, they said they would send someone up but never did.
