I rarely post reviews, but this experience truly warranted one. I booked Andaz Scottsdale to celebrate my first wedding anniversary and made that clear when reserving. I was told the concierge would contact me within 24–48 hours to arrange spa services, but three days passed with no call. My wife and I stayed at Andaz Scottsdale Resort & Bungalows for our honeymoon, and it was absolutely incredible from start to finish. The resort itself is stunning – the rooms were spacious, beautifully designed, and felt private and relaxing. The food was outstanding at every meal, with so much attention to detail and flavor.
