i pity the young vapid untrained staff here contradicting the other two staff who told us we could access the restaurant. so i couldnt buy lunch as planned and we left early. your goal should be to give us excellent customer service and earn more of our business instead of chasing us off losing both our business & desire to returm due to petty rules, failing to resolve the situation or apologize for your miscommunication
Enjoyed our stay here. Our suite was absolutely amazing. I wish they had more EV charging station though. The employees were all very welcoming and friendly. Definitely worth a stay!
This is my second day at this location and more to come. If you're looking for relaxation, amazing views, and the best staff, this is the location for you. Colin Brady the Front Office Manager went above and beyond to ensure my stay was five stars. Can't wait to return with my wife at some point.
