Took them half a year to rebuild front sign facing W Las Positas and Hacienda after a Tesla driver crashed into Andares sign and HOA or prop owner. Did NOT repair for over a year. We pulled deposit for townhome. Sad. Looked like untamed care of, trashed and ridiculous. Just a sign how the future they will run the property with an overpriced HOA.
