This is a great place to live ! I just moved in and have been here 30 days and I am a returning resident. I lived here for about three years in 2015 through 2018 and now I am back again. This apartment complex has not changed a bit. It Still has the same great staff as before Gianna And Brittany. They have a new staff member Carolina and she is also very kind, Professional and humble. There is no crime around here as some people have stated in their comments. And I believe it is because of our great security patrol. .SK
Andante it is a very nice and safe place to live. The whole staff is friendly, professional and they really care about the residents. They do respond to all our needs promptly. I have lived here for over 6 years and I just love this community, I have nothing bad to say but thank you all. Highly recommended!
Excelente condominio y administración. Las chicas son muy amables, honestas, respetuosas y resuelven cualquier situación rápidamente. Se cumplen las normas de convivencia. El personal de mantenimiento es bueno. Viví dos años allí y ha sido la mejor experiencia que he tenido en Colorado.
The best place you could ever dream to live. Awesome staff - HR, management and maintenance loyalty!! Security is top notch, gym is top standard! Pool and hot tub is accessible 24/7 just like the gym. The Apartment is overwhelmingly priceless!!
This place is an absolute embarrassment. The management has zero integrity and zero interest in accepting accountability. Do not move here. It is crime ridden. The SWAT team has been here at least twice and the staff leases apartments to Tren De Aragua so they can make commissions. SPECIAL UPDATE: This place just won a very special award for being the most underachieving property management team in the Greater Denver Area. They truly excel at not doing anything except collecting rent.
