We found Noel after a Google search. We contacted 4 different stucco companies and Noel returned our text inquiry within minutes. We never heard from the other 3 stucco companies. Noel stopped by our house to give us an estimate to do a brown coat and synthetic finish coat on a 8’ x 9’ wall that enclosed the end of our patio.
