Front desk staff are garbage. They want to refuse dental care because someone else is a completely different person or completely different insurance. Apparently still owe it a bill so they're going to try to leverage the rest of the people that's associated with that person somehow. Some way to pay that bill by refusing them medical care wouldn't trust them with my child. Wouldn't trust them with my grandparents. Wouldn't trust them with my own dental care anymore
Don't waste your time. Does not even do root canals.
