Do not move here. My fiancé and I have been tenants at Andalusia Apartments (3730 Moorpark Ave) for the past 2 years, and from March 2025 to August 2025, we were filled with unresolved issues, unsafe conditions, and unacceptable treatment from management. We endured a major water condensation and confirmed mold under our sink, a recurring roach infestation, being locked inside our apartment for hours, and waking up to maggots crawling on our floor. horrible and crappy apartment....the apartment manager wont respond at all..they will turn off water at odd times without warning...for emergency service issues, they will respond after 2-3 weeks...garbage lined up on the apartment walls close to the garage...stay away
AWFUL experience. You can never get a hold of apartment manager, because they never pick up the phone. They do not clean the cabinets in garage after previous tenants. When you clean it yourself and neatly place your items, and call them to notify about it, they never pick up. On a random day, all your tools and equipment is gone to trash, because they decided to clean the space we asked for after 2 weeks. My tools costed me lots of money. Now I have nothing to work with. Don’t live on the side with the garbage bins, it’s super noisy as they pick up the garbage and recycling on two different days. You’ll get second hand smoke from the neighbors in the complex next to this one. There are electrical issues. There are a lot of silverfish.
A clean and neat apartment community. Enjoyed living here.
