These apartments are not worth the price and the management’s horrible . There is dog crap everywhere , the pool is always closed , they don’t enforce any of the rules to help with any of these issue and when you leave they keep your deposit no matter how much you clean . The place doesn’t look anything like the pictures on the web site , the pictures are of the lazy river at the apartments . It’s not a river also , only a foot deep and 2 foot wide .
I would not recommend. To rent apartment , they ran a hard credit check. The same if you were trying to be approved . No place I ever rented in 40 years has ever done that. This includes a brand new $340,000 home , I am currently renting. The apartments are not built well. Appliances mostly outdated. Before, I moved my new potential landlord , requested a reference check from management.
