Just moved in, Tina was really helpful with making the whole process smooth!
I have lived here for 2 years and sadly for these last 2 years it has been a rough experience. The office manager Andria has never seemed like an ally to me but more of an enemy. The lowest, least ethical, unprofessional, incompetent and extortionate residential experience of my life. They keep coming up with new amounts they claim I owe them nearly 3 years after I vacated. The amount “owed” (NOT!) is different each time they come after and threaten me. They’re never explain it. They’re trying g to charge me to repaint when it wasn’t properly pained when I moved in.
