Please read this entire thing before calling this place your home. Needs new management. This place has cost me my mental and physical health. I am having severe allergies from black mold and panic attacks and anxiety from all the pests. Wish i read the bad reviews first or i would've went elsewhere. I lived in a studio in the building 331. Did not have any problems with roaches or maintenance. I had an issue with the AC in which they promptly fixed. I did not have any problems with neighbors, my building was in general quiet and I did not see anything crazy going on. One issue was related to safety, the gate sometimes was left open the whole night. Also, since studios have no assigned parking spot, sometimes we would not find any spot available in the open parking spots in the back area, especially after 6pm or so. In g... read more
