The intake process for this establishment is very unprofessional and unorganized. During the initial intake the coordinator kept mixing up my information with another client. She even said "this isn't your email?" and gave me the email of what I assume is another client. Which I believe is a direct HIPAA violation. While I appreciated her making herself available to me, everything seemed to be a miscommunication. Terrible. Asked my wife to get therapy to help with her anger, her inability to accept fault, her deflecting all blame, gaslighting and character assassination. My wife saw Fawn Akins for 8 months. The progress report--Fawn said everything is my fault, I am too sensitive and Fawn told my wife that I have an undiagnosed ADHD! Extremely Unprofessional. Now that my wife has her professional affirmation--she will never work on herself. Well now our marriage is over!!! Thanks Fawn!
