I brought two dresses into this shop and left with one. The owner told me to leave the second dress in the dressing room so she could shorten it, but she didn’t put it on the receipt, which I unfortunately didn’t notice at the time. When I came back for my next appointment, only one dress was in the dressing room. I asked where my second dress was, and she said there wasn’t one and that I never had a second dress. I had such a wonderful experience at this bridal boutique! The stylist was incredibly kind and knowledgeable — not pushy at all, just genuinely helpful and patient. She explained every detail about the gowns and designers, which made the whole process feel easy and enjoyable. The store has a beautiful selection of modern, stylish dresses that are both elegant and unique. Highly recommend to any bride looking for a relaxed and truly personalized experience!
I would not recommend this shop at all. They overcharged me, messed up my dress, and then tried to pressure me into adding alterations I never asked for. When I pointed out the issues, they refused to take responsibility or fix anything. The attitude was unprofessional and dismissive the entire time. I ended up having to take my dress somewhere else to get it corrected — and even they were shocked by the poor workmanship. Save yourself the frustration and go somewhere that actually values their customers.
