Hands down, this is my favorite monogram place EVER!!! dont use this company they has our design for patches for 2 months before telling us they refuse to do them after telling us they would when we first brought it to them

They string people on after agreeing to sew patch’s that they never ment to make ... bad buisness ethics taking on work just to refuse to do it why tell someone there almost done or take the work to start with ?? A man or a buisness is only as good as their word
