Horrible service.. I received a message from Bobbie saying they needed to come out and close out an open pending permit. At the time I couldn’t have them come out became son was in the hospital in Virginia. I go on to tell him that when they had to come out (only 2years after I purchased the unit) to fix a leak in the Freon. Which of course is not cheap. The entire plumbing system in the house was stopped up. I was told that the main drain line to the street had to be replaced at a cost of $9,500.00 I had to insist multiple times that they run the drain auger towards the home not the street and they were so surprised that it cleared the drain in about two minutes. They still insisted that I need to replace the main line. I could look in the outside clean out and see no water .
