Very courteous and informative about the job and the warranty
Our technician, just stood there in front of the inside unit and told us this is not right, you have a one ton here, and a two ton outside. This is all set up incorrectly, hoses are installed incorrectly. We would have to come in and completely convert this into the right tonnage that you need. And that they ofer great financial offers!!!! He was absolutely incorrect!! Both are 36, and got a second opinion, and called the company that installed it, they just wasn’t able to come out.
