on Tuesday I called for service and Mike H came. He was professional and took his time in assessing my situation. After doing his evaluation of my problem made his recommendation to resolve my issue. He went out of his way to make sure that I understood what the cause was of the issue and what the solution would then take care of. AND, Services installed and inadequate AC unit. After complaining about the lack of cooling they installed a larger unit. I wish we could have missed that step. They brought in their knowledgeable tech guy who suggested more airflow with additional duct venting. We muddled through our first year until we had our 1 year check. Low and behold.
