We noticed a little bit water on the sidewalk at front on our property and at first didn't think much of it. After a couple of days it became apparent we had a leak in the water pipe from the city meter to our house. I contacted Anctil and they responded quickly to diagnose the issue. They bypassed the bad pipe temporarily and replaced the service line to our house. Everyone I worked with at Acntil Plumbing was courteous and knowledgeable. I hired Anctil Plumbing as they were recommended to me from a former Habitat for Humanity construction supervisor who had overseen their work on past Habitat projects. We are in the middle of major renovations to our Portland home and hired the Anctil team to replace all of our exterior hose bib plumbing, add a water pressure regulator to our source water line, and replumb our water heater. Very nice, professional and friendly
While the problem was ultimately fixed, it took three trips to get the job done. We were charged 3.25 hours to replace a bathroom faucet handle. We will not go back.
Jose and James installed my new furnace and they were great! They explained what was involved and were very professional in all aspects of the installation. I highly recommend them.
