Nursing staff was excellent and extremely helpful to our family during this difficult period. However, the O2 equipment provided did not appear to be state of the art equipment and was too noisy to use effectively. Overall Ancora's support was very good and much appreciated.
My wife just passed away and Ancora was there and helped me through the whole entire process. Then after she passed they helped me through the things then. I have to say they have really been there for me.
Brooke was a wonderful nurse and really helped our family through the end of life routine. I was also very happy with Sara, the lady who followed up afterwards, to get me pointed in the right direction with estate matters. Thanks for all you do.
Palliative care provided by ancora to my dear friend residing at the Anchorage Pioneer’s home was extremely supportive and very much Appreciated. The follow up service, providing checklist of things to do was helpful and appreciated as well. Most definitely recommend this service
They were a great help during my grandfather's accident & Healthcare thereafter. Sometimes callback responses were delayed, but they did handle & coordinate all his different care needs and medications accordingly. They're advocacy program afterwards has been a HUGE help in instructing how to handle all affairs that come afterwards & assisting with closure.
