Ancora was very caring and helpful during hospice for my father.
They are angels in disguise. Ms. Whitney was so patient, caring , comforting & compassionate through the short time we had with my father . She took the time to explain the process and care . Listened to all my concerns and adjusted his care accordingly. The services of aftercare was very helpful also, walking me through all the steps after a loved ones passing & help filing notification paperwork. Thank You From the bottom if my broken heart.
I had a disturbing experience at Lucille Dog Park with an Ancora employee—a white woman, about 5'6"–5'7" with long dreadlocks—driving a company vehicle. There were only three dogs: mine (a 7-month-old Great Dane) and two friends’ (including a 6-month-old Great Dane puppy). We gave space at the gate for her reactive Jack Russell mix named Juno or Tuna, who was clearly uncomfortable before even entering. Inside, her dog growled and lunged at ours.
