Went for an oil change and tire rotation I bought my vehicle there and only get service at that location
Kendall has been working with us to try and get into a new traverse for a few weeks now. He stayed professional at all times. He even stayed 3 hours past his scheduled time to go home just to help us out. I cannot express our gratitude towards Kendall for all of his hard work! Looking forward to working with Kendall in the future!
Very disappointing experience. Communication was poor throughout the entire process, and I had to repeatedly follow up just to get updates. Several promises that were made were never fulfilled. The wait time was much longer than what I was originally told, and the final price ended up being higher than the quote I was given. Overall, the lack of communication, delays, and unexpected cost made this a frustrating experience.
Customer service department were very courteous.
i had an appointment set for 10:30 it took 2 hours to do and they didn't even rotate my tires bcz they said my lock didn't fit it clearly fit when i took it to another location to get my tires rotated . very disappointed bcz they charge for labor when clearly it take 30 mins to change the oil.
