Service was good but I did not like the attitude of one member so let me tell the story. When I arrive at the service counter I wanted to ask if I was in the right line so keeping in mind that I was not first I asked everyone infront of me if I could just ask a 30sec question. I was having an issue where my brakes were locking up and not releasing, and sadly the garage that I normally take it to couldn't figure out what was causing the issue, so I thought if anyone can figure it out, it'll be the "factory trained technicians" at VW. They charged me ~$2,000 to fix the various issues with my brakes, I didn't think too much of it because it's 12 years old. This is where it goes sideways.
