Ive taken my 2021 kia soul here numerous times. Nicole is very nice but i wont do business here again. I have a very well maintained car. Im very picky about my car. She has 128,000 miles on her. I came in because she misfired and a code popped up. They put it on their computer for 30 mins to 1 hr never taking it any further than a compression test which it passed with flying colors and told me it would be 8000.00 for a new motor. Was very upset with the service that I received that I had to bring my vehicle back and pay more parts and labor when I had already paid a lot to get it fix first time. There tech ignored the issues that they didn’t even try to make it right. I wouldn’t recommend anyone to go fix their vehicle here. They just want to make buck and take advantage of customers.
Scheduled express service oil change and tire rotation for 7 am, got here 6:50, now 9 am, still waiting....love the car but the dealership is very slow.
I dealt with the parts department - I was satisfied! I would like to separately thank Nick for his patience and responsiveness!
I have been to Ancira Kia Service twice, and both experiences were excellent. This time, I took it in for a mysterious knocking sound in a 2024 Telluride. They replaced rear shocks, updated the cruise control, changed out some defective window trim, and washed my car, all under warranty. They were very pleasant from making the appointment through contacting me with when the work was done.
