Brought my Kia Optima for an engine swap. Here are a few things I appreciate from the start of my 1st visit. The techs as the front desk are quick to greet you and ask for the reason of your visit. My assigned tech worked diligently to get my claim approved and my engine replaced. My car was turned in to me in the time frame as promised. I just replaced a Cadillac converter picked up my car and my car was still having the same issues. being the car back then I’m told I need a new transmission so I drop $10,000 on repairs and I’m still taking my car back multiple times because they keep sending my car home and saying it’s fixed.
