They were super friendly and quick!
Oil change took 2 hours even though it wasn’t busy. Poor communication. Soon after, I had an issue with my rear window that I hadn’t had before. Won’t be returning.
Ross is the best manager at the part department, highly experienced and recommend this location
Bad experience, don’t recommend. I brought my car in because it was rattling really bad. They took my keys and had me sit in the lobby just to tell me after waiting for 20 minutes, that they weren’t even going to look at the car for two days. Then I get a call a couple days later that basically says it’s going to cost me $1400 to fix my car (which is crazy to begin with) so I asked for financing. They say my car will be ready for pickup the next day so then I have to call them the next day at 3pm since they never told me it ... read more
