Great service this time around for an oil change. Reasonable price and faster than previous visits.
Parts department is great
Terrible customer service experience. If I could give less than one star I would. I went there for warranty service with the AC which involved removal of the inside dashboard. When I picked up the car I discovered the dashboard was not put back correctly and some brackets of attachment had been broken. After I had to leave the car there again to have the work corrected, there was zero communication as to how long it would take or updates on the work being done. I ordered multiple genuine Kia parts and paid in full. However, the most important item, the Rear Camera Assembly (Part No. 95760-2P600FFF), was missing from my shipment. The rotors and brake pads arrived, but the camera was not included. This order should have been checked carefully before shipping. I contacted customer service and requested immediate shipment of the missing part. I hope they resolve this quickly, but my experience has been very disappointing.
