Waste of time and money! Took my car in for supposed "warranty work" due to the car burning oil. Diagnosis confirmed that it indeed needs a new engine, but that it is not covered under warranty because apparently only if the engine was knocking would it be covered. The BS part is that I never told them the engine was knocking and that it was only burning oil and leaking coolant. Now I'm out over $200 for a BS diagnosis fee, the car still burns oil and they didn't even diagnose the coolant leak (which would have been another ... read more
Worst service. Staff is worst Charles is the person who took care of me. He is not even sorry for the delay of the service. And oil service is not so great
Horrible experience. First my vehicle has over 190k miles on it and it's never given me major issues. I took it in for major recalls. When I picked it up from the dealership, the hood wouldnt close properly and when I took it back within the hour, they said its because of the wear and tear of the vehautomobile. The service advisor even said it looks like something got jammed in the latch which is causing it not to lock properly. In the past I had received stellar service at KIA Service. Though I'm driving an older KIA, I've tried to keep vehicle maintained regularly. Recent trip had a bevy of things that needed replacing - including charcoal canister, which ran pretty high. Things were done after they kept my car for a full week. Drove it a few days and dreaded check engine goes on. Bring it back, needs new purge valve. Waited a week for part.
