In the past decade I have purchased 6 GMC vehicles. The past two pickups from Ancira. Current is Denali HD 3500. For two months the truck has been clunking during starts and stops. Scheduled an appointment and the service department refused to take the truck in but instead had me drive with a tech for 5 minutes during which the truck acted well and I was sent on way.
