The doctor I haven’t even met yet… but the lady up front “Debbie” is an absolute nightmare! Customer service is the worst! She shouldn’t even be in health care at all! The lack of compassion and empathy is UNREAL! her attitude is atrocious. I’ve called her NUMEROUS times, when FINALLY getting through to someone each time is DEBBIE! Choose your surgeon carefully and make sure they are board certified. He is not honest and likes to cover his tracks when mistakes are made. I am still suffering from many surgery complications. :(
